CASHBACK TERMS OF OFFER

You must have create a New Booking for 2025/26, checked in and have signed a tenancy agreement to recieve the offer.

You must have book a minimum of 44 weeks with the named property in order to qualify for the Offer.

Bookings made without using the correct reservation form will not be eligible to receive benefits of the Offer. 

The Offer will be supplied to You when the following conditions are met:

You have signed your agreement and paid your 1st installment , or; You have paid in full for the entire year.

The Offer starts on the date as stated in your booking form.

The Offer is only applicable to You as the New Booker and is non-transferable.

The Offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Cashback payment will be made in the form of a deduction from your 1st rent instalment. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.

The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of Brunel Court.

We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.

Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.
