On-site Facilities 

Our main social space is located near reception & features a pool table, ping pong table, dartboard and a PS4, we use this space to host Free social events for tenants. There is also access to a landscaped garden area; this has just been improved for 2020 and can be used for BBQs & other outdoor events!

Our fab new ‘Arcade Room’ is located near reception,Inside you’ll find 5 arcade cabinets & 2 retro consoles;  the arcade is open from 8am till 11pm daily, and FREE to use for all tenants.

Research shows that physical exercise releases proteins in the brain that can actually help improve your memory and increase your cognitive performance, therefore we offer the use of a a well equipped gymnasium for residents at no extra charge.

Our study room(located on the 3rd floor) is the perfect place to get ready for exams, it features everything needed to revise, practise presentations and more, you'll be ready for whatever your exams throw at you!

Our brand-new ‘Entertaining Kitchen’ is available for all Brunel Court tenants for FREE. Perfect to host dinner parties, birthdays or family visits etc. We will be holding events here in due course.

Our ‘Boutique Cinema’ (located in the courtyard area) is now available for all our tenants to book out for FREE, choose to take you own DVD or Bluray or choose from our selection at reception. As well as the ability to book out we will also be holding free events here throughout the year.

Our new ‘Guest Room’ is now available for tenants to book out, we are offering two Free nights booking, allowing your friends & family to visit. After you have used your Free quota, the room is available to book for
£30 per night.

A modern launderette is provided on site with coin operated washing machines and driers.

We offer you the option of pre booking on site parking within our grounds, These spaces are available for the academic year (44 week) at £200 or for £250 if you are staying for 51 weeks, to check current availability email or call us . For security purposes our car park access is electronically controlled. A number of safe and secure cycle racks and shelters are also provided free of charge.
