Accommodation Costs

For those applying to study in Preston, Brunel Court should be high on the list for consideration. With a range of accommodation options available for all budgets and with fantastic on site facilities, these are the ideal student apartments.

 

The Brunel Court student accommodation price list is comprehensive and we will look at the way it breaks down in more detail here. It is important to note that the rent includes all water, power and heating charges. There is also broadband included for all the accommodation options. It includes access to super-fast Wi-Fi for up to two devices per room although this can be extended for an additional one-off charge.

 

Ensuite rooms

With the option of a Silver or Gold room, there is choice to suit those on a budget or who prefer shared communal space. The self-contained rooms are fully furnished with a Queen bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, desk, swivel chair, pin board, chest of drawers and the Gold rooms even include an armchair. All these rooms also include an en-suite bathroom and free super-fast internet.

 

The Silver rooms are available for £79 a week for the 44 weeks to cover term time. Alternatively, if it is preferable to stay for an extended period then for £74 per week, students can stay 51 weeks of the year.

 

Gold En-suite rooms are £82 a week for 44 weeks. The extended stay option is available for £76 a week for 51 weeks.

 

Silver studios

These self contained studio apartments offer a little more privacy. In addition to the furnishings for the standard rooms, they also include a mini kitchen with sink, hob, worktop, units, Fridge and microwave/combo oven. In addition, there is a dining table with two chairs and a small sofa. For the 44 weeks of term time, the rent is £102 per week or the extended stay option of 51 weeks is £97 per week.

 

Gold studios

The Gold studios have a unique, compact design that really maximises the space. In addition to the features of the Silver studio detailed above, our Gold studios have a partition wall between the bedroom and living areas and include a 40 inch Smart TV. These modern Gold studios are available for the term time 44 weeks at £111 per week or for the extended 51 weeks at £106 a week.

 

Double studios

The above options include a Queen size bed but double bed studios are available on the Brunel Court student accommodation price list for £111 per week for 44 weeks or £106 per week for 51 weeks.

 

Luxury Pod Apartment

These apartments offer excellent value for money. These high standard apartments include an open plan kitchen and living area and the bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. They also have a double bed, 40 inch Smart TV and free Super-Fast Internet. The Luxury Pod Apartments are available at £133 per week for the 44 weeks of term time or for the extended 51 weeks at £128 per week.
