Call in and see us at
Brunel Court and make your booking in person with one of our friendly staff members.
Common Room
A large common room/games room is provided to the ground floor adjacent to the reception.
This includes pool table and table football and provides a focal point for occupants of Brunel Court to meet and socialise.
Car Parking
A substantial amount of car parking is available on site, in the secure compound. These spaces are optionally available for a small charge.
For security purposes this car park access is electronically controlled.
Cycle Racks
A number of cycle racks and shelters are provided to enable safe and secure housing for cycles.
Vending Machines
A number of vending machines dispensing snacks and drinks will be available in the reception area for all tenants convenience.
Laundrette
A modern laundrette is provided on site with a number of coin operated washing machines & driers.
Security
We realise that the security of all residents is of tremendous importance.
We have therefore designed the building with this in mind and have a very secure compound, controlled by electronic card swipes.
CCTV is provided and a 24 hour presence is maintained on site.
Gym
A small but well equipped gymnasium is available for sole use of residents at Brunel Court at no extra charge. We are not aware of any other accommodation in the area offering such facilities.
Landscaped Gardens
At Brunel Court we are fortunate to have a large garden area with grassed areas, a modern art scultpure and bench seating. Having such an area to relax in on warm days is most unusual for city centre developments and remains one of our most popular features.
